Fresh Air Mom

This post is a little late but I want to finally introduce my amazing son, Daxton Cougar Davis!!! He was born September 27 at 8:46 pm, 8lbs 20.5 inches long!!! He is such a good baby we feel so blessed to have him in our home!!

Over the summer Marks family got family pictures taken. I wasn't super pumped about it at first  because I was 32 weeks pregnant but they actually turned out really cute. She also did a few maternity shots  of Mark and I.  I was not to sure about them at first but they turned out really cute.  Now for a pregnancy update I am 37 weeks pregnant today I have  a doctors appointment tomorrow and I am hoping I have started to progress in the right direction to get this baby out of me. Now for a life update this last weekend was a crazy one in the Davis household. First, Mark had his first game as a college coach, he was very nervous but they came out on top so he got his first win. Second, Mark got a call from the stake president of the Single stake here in Laie last week and was asked if we could meet with him. He asked him to serve as the second counselor in the bishopric. We couldn't be happier about it and now that it is about to end I decided I better blog about it.  So this first ultrasound pic is from when I was ten weeks pregnant. He looks like a little alien, You can already kind of tell that he is a boy.  This next ultrasound pic is from when I was fifteen weeks and there it is ha ha he is not shy and wanted to make sure we knew he was all boy. We where so excited to  find out the gender and I think Mark has never been happier to find out we where having a boy!!!  These are some cute pics that our friend Nat took for us to announce that we where having a baby!! This post is long over due but I am finally posting some pictures from Marks graduation. It was such a nice day, I was so proud of him. We where able to go to the beach after and take some pictures with friends so we got some really nice ones. It has been so nice having him graduated and not having to worry school work. I love this guy so much and im so happy for him.

  Mark just finishd his 2011 soccer season. They had a great year, he was captain of the team, got named all pac west player of the week and scored three goals. His first two goals where on the mainland trip and I was pretty sad I didnt get to see them but his third one is a really cool story (we think they might make a movie out of it one day ;) So anyways it was the last game of the season and senior night, so just all around a special day for Mark. He was playing amazing and all game kept getting very close to scoring. Then with seven seconds left he ran down the field and scored a goal. Everyone went nuts his whole team was running around the field behind him and, this is my favorite part, he ran to the sideline and gave me a big kiss before going to celebrate with the team. This was so special because it was quite literally his last touch on the ball in his soccer career as a player.
